Article 1. Definitions and Context

CyberAxe is an interactive axe throwing game established by CRAFTEKE SRL.

These general terms and conditions of sale and use apply to any game session and are implicitly accepted by the buyer themselves and by all persons accompanying them during the game. The buyer is responsible for disclosing these general terms and conditions of sale to the rest of their team and will be held responsible for any breach of these rules.

These T&Cs are also valid if the buyer obtained their place through a contest, whether organized by CRAFTEKE SRL or by a third party.

The general terms and conditions of sale and use of CRAFTEKE SRL are also available upon simple request from CRAFTEKE SRL reception staff.

Article 2. Players

The game’s safety requirements do not allow players under 12 years of age to participate. Minor players under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (person over 18 years of age) and provide written authorization from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. In case of doubt about a USER’s age, CRAFTEKE SRL reserves the right to request proof of identity.

The player participates in the game at their own risk. CRAFTEKE SRL cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage suffered during the game. Before starting to play, the player receives safety instructions as well as a tutorial. They also agree to sign a waiver via a form available at reception.

During their entire presence within CRAFTEKE SRL premises, players agree to behave respectfully, comply with the rules, and cooperate with CRAFTEKE SRL staff. In this regard, CRAFTEKE SRL does not tolerate any form of violence, whether verbal or physical, in the form of harassment or intimidation towards its employees and thus reserves the right to refuse access to the premises to any person whose behavior would resemble the elements mentioned above. The player participates in the game in a state of sobriety. Any use of alcohol or any other substance altering the state of consciousness is prohibited. CRAFTEKE SRL reserves the right to cancel the game in case of manifest intoxication or influence. For all the conditions mentioned above, access prohibition does not entitle to any compensation or refund.

Article 3. Game Prerequisites

The buyer reserves through the website cyberaxe.be and proceeds to payment during their reservation. Payment validation guarantees the buyer the slot reservation. The reservation email guarantees the buyer’s identity and access to the room. The buyer and their team must present themselves at reception 10 minutes before the start of the game. Any delay will result in a reduction of available game time.

Players must present themselves in comfortable clothing suitable for getting dirty and other damage. CRAFTEKE SRL cannot be held responsible for damage to players’ attire (clothing, jewelry, accessories).

Article 4. During and After the Game

The start of the game is explicitly signaled to players. They then have 60 minutes in the premises. Players agree to vacate the premises once the allotted time has passed.

The entire game is subject to supervision, in order to best guide players when necessary. CRAFTEKE SRL staff reserves the right to interrupt a game in case of vandalism behavior, or in case of violent behavior between players, towards equipment, or towards reception staff. No recordings are kept.

Any intentional damage inflicted on decorative elements, mobile elements, or interfaces will be subject to additional charges. The integrity of the space is verified at the end of each game.

In case of technical failure or delay attributable to CRAFTEKE SRL, a credit in the form of a purchase voucher will allow players to book another game.

Article 5. Service Price

The prices charged are available on our website at https://cyberaxe.be/booking.

CRAFTEKE SRL reserves the right to modify its rates at any time.

In case of cancellation, no refund will be made.

Article 6. Personal Data

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information entered on the online reservation form on the website. The buyer agrees to receive information and commercial offers from CRAFTEKE SRL on their email address or mobile phone, and may unsubscribe at any time. The buyer who enters their phone coordinates on the website already agrees to be contacted by CRAFTEKE SRL or any other company in the group by phone or SMS for logistical reasons.

CRAFTEKE SRL undertakes not to transmit the personal data of its users to a company outside the group, except upon request from an authority authorized by law and within the framework of legal provisions in force.

Article 7. Security

Players agree to respect all security measures given to them, whether contractual, posted on site, or given orally by CRAFTEKE SRL staff. It is formally and strictly forbidden to smoke inside the site. All players agree to become aware of and respect fire safety and protection instructions, as well as emergency exits. Players may use emergency exits if and only if the situation requires evacuation of the premises (fire for example).

Players are aware that it is absolutely forbidden to bring into the premises objects considered as (1) physical dangers (explosive, flammable, oxidizing, gas under pressure or liquefied, corrosive), (2) dangerous to health (toxic, corrosive to skin, irritating/sensitizing, carcinogenic/teratogenic) and (3) dangerous to the aquatic environment.

Article 8. Competent Courts

These general conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
